Sales Personality by Burt and Associates

When you talk about sales, and most of the business owners that i talk about “how to hire sales people” is that we classified in 3 groups:

  • (A) sales personality
  • (B) sales personality
  • (C) sales personality
  • (A) Sales Personality
    He knows what to do, knows the product or service and knows how to sell it, the only thing you have to do is turn them loose and let him go. Numbers will speak for them self ‘s.
    (B) Sales Personality He understand the product or service, but needs some training. he hasn’t came to the point that he can become an (A) Personality, and it is simple, he needs some help and training.
    (C) Sales Personality
    He doesn’t get it, he talks a good show, smells good, best friend in the world, everything looks good, but the results are not there.

    The bottom line, can you guess?, get rid of (C) Personalities.
